Candidate Requirements:

• 7 years experience in project management and/or Business Systems Analyst with emphasis in clinical and application systems implementations, general financials and/or accounts receivable work.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Ability to lead or work in project teams to deliver high quality services with excellent client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving capabilities.
• Significant experience with clinical and financial systems and transaction processing systems, focusing in the provider or health plan environment.
• Self-motivated, strong job ownership, high inner work standards, and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple people, tasks and time deftly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced written and verbal skills required.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• HL7 interfaces, process redesign and six sigma a plus.

Position Description:

• You will deliver high-end consulting services to our clients based upon project objectives and client needs.
• You will conduct technology and systems planning in support of client overall business and IT strategy.
• You will provide expertise in areas such as project management, a wide variety of process work flow analysis, data analysis, systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation.
• You will utilize SQL or other data warehouse tools to extract and analyze data for pattern and trends.
• You will develop and manage all types of documentation.
• You will lead or participate as an active project team member during healthcare system conversions and implementations.
• Using your strong written and verbal communications skills you will develop, manage and facilitate many types of documentation and presentations with client staff and management.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5 years experience as a systems analyst consultant.
• Healthcare systems implementation and conversion experience required.
• Significant experience with PC’s, Microsoft Office, Access databases, and transaction processing systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with interfaces, HL7, data analysis, and reporting preferred.
• Work flow redesign, Six Sigma or IE background helpful.
