We seek experienced Healthcare professionals to provide method-oriented project leadership and consulting that unites business, clinical and technical constituents and drives projects to a successful outcome. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency for complex problem solving, an in-depth knowledge of best practices and an ability to counsel clientele at all levels of the organization. Diversity of experience and proven adaptability is imperative; ideally a strong mix of consulting, operations and technology in healthcare delivery environments. We have a significant interest in candidates with patient revenue cycle experience and/or clinical systems experience.
As a member of our team, you will partner with our clients to deliver value-driven consulting services. You will also provide project management leadership – on time, on budget, in scope and with quality outcomes.
Requirements include:
- 7+ years in Healthcare leadership, operations, consulting and project management.
- In-depth subject matter expertise and a propensity for remaining current with changes in the industry.
- Significant experience with commonly-used financial and transaction processing systems and/or clinical applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting databases.
- Working knowledge of healthcare code sets and standards (e.g. HL-7, ICD).
- Self-motivated, strong job ownership, versatile, consistently high work standards, uncompromising integrity and ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience and comfortable working with C-levels. Advanced written and verbal skills required.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree desired.
