We manage projects throughout the IT spectrum, from strategic systems planning and selections to installations, conversion, training and support. Our "big picture" system plans offer strategies for applications, interfaces, reporting, standards and communications. In system installations, we begin with an analysis of tasks, timelines and resources required. We follow with functional design, development of technical specifications for programming, system build and data conversions, hardware procurement and setup, comprehensive testing, user training and managing the "go-live" process.
We perform reviews and make recommendations to enhance or stabilize current systems. We also perform the due diligence needed to help our clients choose the right product to meet their business needs. This includes interfacing with vendors and attorneys to complete a selection and manage the contracting process.
Our experience includes selecting and configuring interface engines, implementing interfaces and stand alone and integrated department systems. We have implemented numerous health care enterprise systems including clinical, ancillary, financial, utilization and quality management, patient tracking and scheduling, electronic patient records and electronic data interchange (EDI) for claims and remittance information. We also assist clients with upgrades to current systems, provide methodology for future upgrades, and offer training and testing resources.
