Tracy Golden

Tracy Golden joined Freed Associates as Chief Financial Officer in 2022. A passionate and proactive leader, Tracy has more than 30 years of business experience with a strong emphasis on professional services work and collaboration with widely distributed, cross-functional teams.

Tracy is a strategic thinker with a high degree of business acumen and a proven record of optimizing and driving both business health and growth through careful, data-informed financial decision-making. Her experience ranges from building a finance function from the ground up, to scaling a business during extensive growth, to pioneering effective long-term strategic plans and large-scale initiatives on behalf of organizations with eight- and nine-figure budgets.

Throughout Tracy’s career, she has consistently helped to increase profitability, reveal high-impact issues, anticipate trends, and enable the best use of new technologies.

Tracy earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University in Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
