Freed Associates News
September 2025 Edition

Greetings,

I am excited to share some important news about Freed Associates’ leadership succession plan with you. After nearly 35 incredible years, I will be retiring as CEO of Freed Associates in June of 2026, and Allie Freed will become the next CEO.

Allie has filled numerous roles at Freed over the last 13 years and is excited to step into the CEO role. Her deep understanding of healthcare and consulting, along with her passion for partnering with clients and colleagues, will guide Freed and our clients successfully into the future.

Freed Associates will remain a family-owned business that’s deeply committed to our clients, to our employees, and to making a positive impact on healthcare. Our legacy of steadfast dedication to personalized service, strong relationships, and delivering impactful results will advance and endure.

I will continue to be involved as Board Chair and work with our Advisory Council. Our strategic goals, values, and devotion to service excellence will carry forward. Serving you and your organization is an honor that all of us at Freed do not take lightly. Our team of healthcare professionals remains poised to partner with you on your consulting needs.

We look forward to continuing our partnership and thank you for your ongoing trust in Freed Associates.

Best,

Dava Freed
Founder and CEO
