With nearly 20 years of healthcare experience, Andrea has worked with both large provider health systems and health plans on a variety of enterprise-wide initiatives. These include software implementations, operational process improvements, legal and government mandates, as well as business process outsourcing. With her strong program management skills, Andrea works seamlessly across the business, IT, and vendor teams to facilitate planning, elicit requirements, mediate implementation risks, and ensure the go-live readiness of complex initiatives. Her past projects have included implementing key programs and systems such as a statewide provider directory utility, computer-assisted coding, ICD-10, enrollment, and claims system implementations.

Diligent and detail-oriented, Andrea effectively engages client teams to secure buy-in, sustain change, and ensure solutions advance business needs. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching live music, or hanging with Mickey and friends at the Happiest Place on Earth. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science in e-Business from Bellevue University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Professional.
