With nearly 15 years of healthcare experience, Alison is adept at creating and delivering exceptional user experiences, aligning business and operational objectives, and driving impactful organizational change. She has led engagements in the areas of executive strategy development, enablement, and transformation, organizational design, process improvement, and operational execution. Alison helps complex healthcare organizations work more collaboratively and serve clients more effectively. Known for her high-level business acumen and seamless ability to partner with executive, administrative, and clinical teams, she helps clients develop and deploy new and better ways of working, driving measurable and sustainable organizational change.

Through her efforts, clients have achieved new levels of revenue growth, improved care delivery, and significantly enhanced operational and cross-team processes and practices. Outside of work, Alison is an avid skier in the winter and likes to hike, boat, and enjoy the beach with her family in the summer. Alison earned her Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Business Management from Washington State University. She is a certified SAFe Agilist.
