With more than 30 years of healthcare, consulting, and technology leadership experience, Bill has advised executive and board-level teams for the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. He has led enterprise and service-line transformation programs, clinical data and analytics initiatives, decision support and governance projects, and risk, compliance, and regulatory efforts that enable organizations to improve performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Throughout his career, Bill has held senior leadership positions with Genpact, Guidehouse, PwC, Ernst & Young, IBM, and Kaiser Permanente. He brings extensive experience helping health systems, providers, and health plans navigate complex operational and technology challenges, including digital transformation, revenue cycle improvement, enterprise technology modernization, data and analytics, managed services, and large-scale implementation programs. Bill has built trusted relationships with healthcare executives and consistently helped organizations realize value from significant strategic and technology investments.

As Vice President, Client Solutions at Freed, Bill is responsible for expanding client relationships and delivering innovative solutions for healthcare providers, health plans and public sector organizations.
