David’s background in strategy, operational transformation, program management, and digital transformation has proven effective in highly matrixed organizations.

As a skilled collaborative leader, David has led organization-wide transformations and served in various capacities — from interim management to program management roles. David holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in healthcare management from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
