She brings deep experience in healthcare strategy, program management, and operational improvement across payers, providers, and public health agencies.

Kia has supported complex, enterprise-scale initiatives including Medicaid program implementations, healthcare data exchange strategy, PMO development, and claims operations transformation. She is experienced in leading cross-functional coordination across large stakeholder groups, aligning IT and business teams, and translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies and implementation roadmaps.
