Kim Taveritte

Kim Taverrite joined Freed Associates in October 2012. She is a human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including professional services and high tech.

Her areas of expertise include performance management, employee engagement and culture, employee relations, compliance and benefits. As a responsive business partner, Kim advises and coaches on challenging issues and ensures HR programs are effective and aligned to the firm’s overall business objectives. Kim’s background includes working as the sole HR practitioner in a start-up environment as well as in manager and generalist positions with an economics consulting firm of 1,000+ professionals.

Kim holds a M.S. in Communication from Florida State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®).
