With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Nikki has worked with a wide variety of healthcare clients, including hospitals, medical groups, health plans, healthcare services, and pharmaceutical companies. Creative and highly organized, Nikki has experience designing and implementing enterprise-level governance structures to drive more effective decision-making, streamlining and automating business processes to reduce costs, and applying best practices to improve organizational maturity.

Using a diverse range of skills, Nikki collaborates with clients through all phases of a strategic initiative, starting with defining value all the way though developing sustainable operating models and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and efficiency. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and SAFe Agilist.
