Rob Klusman

Rob brings more than 25 years of experience working with healthcare organizations in change management, strategic planning, large program management and implementation, digital transformation, content management technology strategies, and process optimization. His past projects include leading a CalAIM program implementation for a large Medicaid plan, supporting an initiative to redesign a pharmacy operating model for specialty drugs, and providing thought leadership to develop digital strategies to drive membership growth and operational efficiencies.

Flexible and resilient, Rob is skilled at leading complex initiatives in matrixed environments. Outside of work, Rob is a senior member of a mountain search and rescue team and currently serves as team president. He attended the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, majoring in Business Administration and completed Stanford’s Advanced Program Management courses in Executing Complex Programs and Leadership for Strategic Execution. Rob is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
