With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Suzanne has consulted with a wide variety of healthcare organizations, including health plans, hospitals, ambulatory care centers, physician practices, academic medical centers, and home health agencies. She is frequently engaged in enterprise-wide, transformational initiatives for her clients, bringing her skills and experience, including business process design, operations management, consumer experience, financial analysis, and product development and implementation.

With her ability to build relationships and foster collaboration, Suzanne effectively works across multiple disciplines and matrixed organizations to design and implement complex programs. She earned her Master of Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University.
