With almost 30 years of healthcare experience, Yeeling delivers rich industry experience and expertise to health plans, medical groups, and hospitals. Her work has covered the gamut from strategy development to business process redesign to system implementations. She has particular expertise in leading quality and compliance-related initiatives, including building the compliance function for a health plan, leading regulatory audits, developing quality and compliance reporting systems, and expanding infrastructure for a health system’s quality program.

Yeeling’s sweet spot is transforming daunting and highly complex healthcare initiatives and projects into manageable and highly effective solutions. Yeeling earned her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
