Freed covers 100% of health insurance premiums – medical, dental, and vision – for eligible employees and their families. We also pay for each eligible employee’s life insurance, short-term disability, and AD&D. In addition, Freed employees are eligible for Profit Sharing, can participate in a 401(k) and receive Paid Time Off. Participation and eligibility is subject to the terms of the applicable plans.
