Whether you are interested in a professional certification, online training, webinars, or knowledge groups, Freed offers choices for learning and development. Freed encourages employees to join professional organizations to share and gain healthcare knowledge.
One of the larger and more significant program components of Professional Development at Freed is our internal groups, which leverage employee knowledge and current client experiences around common topics. These groups address topics such as Electronic Health Records, Revenue Cycle, and Analytics, Cost, and Quality (ACQ).
Freed consultants share their knowledge of the healthcare space by developing knowledge capital to share with clients, consultants, and others interested in learning more about a particular topic. Many of our knowledge capital pieces have been published by online and print healthcare publications.
Freed encourages employees to pursue certifications and credentials to become specialists and experts in their fields. Many of our Associates pursue Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma certifications, as well as healthcare related credentials. Freed Associates also reimburses consultants for renewals for relevant credentials and certifications.
Providing opportunities for interested employees to engage with the healthcare community enables continued healthcare learning. Freed is committed to creating learning opportunities through industry-sponsored webinars, conferences, and events.
