The inaugural Advisory Council features two distinguished leaders: Garrett Leaf, a seasoned executive with deep expertise in healthcare finance and operations, and Pam Fox Rollin, a renowned executive coach and consultant with a track record of guiding top organizations and leaders.
Garrett Leaf brings to bear more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Centene’s Marketplace Exchange and Medicare Advantage Product Divisions, providing financial and strategic leadership. Leaf’s career in the health plan sector includes roles at Centene, Delta Dental of California, and Blue Shield of California, where he consistently drove operational excellence, strategic growth, and financial performance. His analytical approach and collaborative leadership style have made him a trusted advisor in navigating complex healthcare environments.
Pam Fox Rollin is an executive coach, facilitator, and author with extensive experience helping leaders and teams achieve breakthrough results. She has consulted with Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit and academic medical systems, and innovators in health technology and digital health, focusing on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic transformation. Fox Rollin’s expertise in guiding organizations to achieve thoughtful growth that aligns with their culture and values is an invaluable asset.
