With over 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting, David has directed dozens of successful healthcare initiatives for health plans, integrated delivery networks, accountable care organizations, independent physician associations, and a variety of for-profit and non-profit hospitals, academic institutions, and medical foundations. Collaborative and versatile, he draws on his varied experience across strategy, operations, finance, information technology, human resources, compliance, and regulatory reform to deliver robust solutions to operational challenges and opportunities. David’s past projects include leading service area expansion initiatives to drive membership growth for regional medical foundations and HMO health plans, directing organization redesigns and office transitions, and facilitating cross-functional process optimization efforts.

With a purposeful leadership style, David is adept at developing a clear vision and inspiring project and operational teams to a common goal. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, camping, spending time with his cats, and watching the Steelers. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Miami University (Ohio), Farmer School of Business.
