She is adept in consulting with large integrated healthcare organizations on major systems implementations and change efforts. With expertise in conducting and managing large, complex program implementations, developing business cases, and creating multi-year strategic roadmaps, Diane supports healthcare leaders in framing and managing their strategic growth initiatives.

She is particularly adept at using executive storytelling skills to focus executives on the right conversations needed to address risk and move strategic initiatives forward. Diane earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilist.
