Accomplished and enterprising, Gwen has 15 years of healthcare experience with deep expertise in public sector program implementations and regulatory compliance. With a focus on data and technology, she has worked extensively with clients across various healthcare sectors, including state health agencies, Medicare and Medi-Cal plans, and health information exchanges. Gwen has led, designed, and coordinated large-scale initiatives, assisting clients to modernize data management and technology systems, optimize regulatory reporting, and implement state-wide initiatives.

Gwen earned her Master of Public Health and Master of International Affairs degrees from Columbia University, and she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health from Brown University. She is a certified SAFe Agilist.
