With nearly 30 years of healthcare information technology experience, John has experience leading large-scale healthcare technology initiatives, including a COVID-19 utilization reporting implementation, pharmacy automation system solution deployment, point-of-care medication administration system, and medication reconciliation implementations, ICD-10 transitions, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations and upgrades. Throughout his career, John has worked with hospitals, academic medical centers, health plans, and multiple healthcare technology companies.
John excels at leading multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and gaining widespread buy-in for the projects he oversees. He is consistently able to bridge inevitable technical and human barriers within initiatives by leveraging the depth of his development and implementation experience and his high degree of healthcare business and leadership acumen. John holds a B.S. in Allied Medical Professions from The Ohio State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilist.
