He combines significant high-profile business management experience with considerable technical acumen, making him invaluable to providers, payers, and the public sector.

Samir is a proven leader in leading large-scale public sector initiatives, including revenue cycle turnaround for multi-hospital systems, statewide health plan implementations, and compliance-driven technology upgrades. His ability to translate complex business needs into effective technology and process solutions makes him a trusted advisor to healthcare executives navigating regulatory and budgetary constraints. Samir holds two patents in telemedicine, has frequently been featured in industry trade publications, and is a contributor to thought leadership in both IT and operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Samir enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and playing competitive tennis. Samir earned his MBA in Management from the University of North Carolina. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
