Allie joined Freed Associates in 2012. Allie has experience serving as a project manager on engagements for a number of large Bay Area Health Systems. Her specific skills include workflow optimization and redesign, EHR optimization implementations, Lean methodology application, and employee performance and engagement analysis, strategy development, and implementation.
Prior to joining Freed, Allie worked as a counselor in the Mental Health field teaching and mentoring at risk and behaviorally challenged teenagers.
Allie holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.
